Frequently Asked Questions

WordPress powers 43% of websites worldwide, making it a prime target for hackers. In Morocco, many sites are compromised due to a lack of regular updates. Security vulnerabilities in outdated plugins are exploited within hours. Regular maintenance reduces this risk.
MogaCode Care includes: weekly updates to WordPress core, plugins and theme; daily automatic backups stored off-server; availability monitoring with SMS alerts in case of failure; weekly malware scan; monthly activity report; priority technical support.
Malware removal is included in the Pro plan. With the Essential plan, a removal intervention is charged at a preferential rate (quote available upon request). In all cases, the backup from the day before the breach allows for rapid restoration.
Each update is preceded by a full backup. Major updates are first tested in a staging environment. In case of compatibility issues, the site is restored in less than 10 minutes.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does MogaCode's WordPress maintenance include?

Core, theme, and plugin updates, regular backups, uptime monitoring, security patches, and minor tweaks. Your site stays fast, up-to-date, and protected.

How much does WordPress maintenance cost in Morocco?

C'est un forfait mensuel adapté à la taille de ton site. On te propose une offre claire après un échange sur WhatsApp, bien moins cher qu'une remise en état après incident.

What happens if my site is hacked or goes down?

We intervene as a priority: diagnosis, restoration from a clean backup, cleanup, and hardening. With a maintenance contract, you're covered without surprise invoices.

Do I need a maintenance contract even if my site works well?

Yes. WordPress evolves constantly; without updates, vulnerabilities accumulate and the site slows down. Maintenance prevents failures rather than suffering them.
