What are the usual timelines?
5-8 page showcase site: 3 to 5 weeks after receiving content. 50-200 product e-commerce site: 6 to 10 weeks. Custom application: from 8 weeks for a functional MVP.
The #1 delay factor is never technical — it's content delivery (texts, photos, access). We also offer copywriting and photography if you prefer to delegate everything.
Is SEO included or extra?
Technical SEO is included in all our sites: semantic structure, Schema.org JSON-LD, sitemap, robots.txt, Open Graph, speed, Core Web Vitals in the green, Yoast SEO Premium configured. PageSpeed Insights target 100/100 on mobile and desktop.
Editorial SEO (optimized content creation, keyword strategy, programmatic SEO) and monthly tracking are extra, via our SaaS tool SEO Master from 290 MAD/month.

I personally handle the management — quotes, design, follow-up, delivery, after-sales support. Our technical team rotates between Essaouira (headquarters), Madagascar (Antananarivo), and Belgium. You have a single point of contact from start to finish.
