Terms general Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)
Article 1, Objet
These General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Mogacode and its clients for web development, website creation, maintenance and digital services.
Article 2, Commande
All orders become effective after acceptance of the quote and payment of a deposit of 30% to 50%.
Article 3, Tarifs
Prices are expressed in [MAD / €] and may be changed at any time, without affecting confirmed quotes.
Article 4, Modalités de paiement
Payment by bank transfer, cash or online solution (Stripe / PayPal).
Article 5, Délais
Delivery times are indicative only. Any delay caused by the customer automatically extends the delivery time.
Article 6, Responsabilité
Mogacode cannot be held responsible in case of misuse of the site, force majeure or problem related to a third-party host.
Article 7, Propriété intellectuelle
Ownership of the site is transferred to the client after full payment.
Mogacode reserves the right to mention achievements in its portfolio.
Article 8, Résiliation
In case of cancellation, the deposit paid remains with the contract and the work carried out will be invoiced.
