What we don't do not.
Because a tool used incorrectly can do more harm than good. We prefer to be clear about that.
- Bulk mailings / marketing campaigns. Our automated messages only go to contacts who have contacted you first or who are expecting your message. No blasting, ever.
- Automated cold prospecting. Sending unsolicited messages to strangers is spam — even on WhatsApp. We don't do it and we don't suggest it.
- Official WhatsApp Business API. It's a meta product, expensive, designed for large companies with high volumes. It's not our target market or our stack.
- Managing large accounts or massive volumes. Our solutions are tailored for SMEs and very small businesses. If you need to send 100,000 messages per day, we're not the right fit.

Can WhatsApp close my account?
Yes, if you're spamming. No, if you're sending relevant messages to contacts who expect them. Our automations only contact people who initiated contact or who use your service. We had a ban in 2026 — we're not going to hide it. We derived strict rules from it. No reconnection loops, no mass messaging, natural delays between messages. These rules are hard-coded into all our bots.
Is it stable? Does it fall often?
Our bots have been running in production for over a year with several clients. We operate several WhatsApp assistants ourselves for our own agency management—if something were to crash frequently, we'd know about it before you. The VPS is hosted by Infomaniak (Switzerland), with an uptime of 99.9%.
Does this replace the official WhatsApp Business API?
